Our Management Team

Stephen Gudek, CEO

Stephen Gudek began his career in purchasing as a team leader for a large electronics manufacturer. In 1979, he joined Technical Needs, and in 1996, he became the company's president. He is currently responsible for the growth and management of Technical Needs, along with his partner and brother Ken Gudek.

Since he became president, the company has benefited tremendously from Steve's recruiting, sales, human resource, marketing, training and team building skills. Under his guidance, Technical Needs has grown and flourished to 40 internal employees-and won the distinction of being named one of the fastest five growing private company's in the state two years in row.

In addition to his role as president of Technical Needs, Steve is active in a variety of community organizations.

Kenneth Gudek, Sr., CFO

After graduating from Merrimack College with a degree in accounting and a minor in political science, Ken Gudek founded Technical Needs with his father and brother. He took on the role of treasurer at the newly established company, and, over the years, has helped to create a successful business-one that has been able to match hard-working people with good jobs.

In 1996, Ken's father retired and his brother Stephen became president of the company. Ken continued in his role as the treasurer/CFO for Technical Needs.

In addition to his position at Technical Needs, Ken also works with his family in real estate development. Gudek Realty LLC has developed approximately 100,000 square feet of office space in Salem, New Hampshire since 1984. The company also currently has two more projects in the works. Once completed, they will have developed over 175,000 square feet of office space; owning and managing over 135,000 square feet of it.

Ken is proud to be a part of two organizations that continually make a positive impact on the local community, as well as the entire New England region.

Michael A. Leccese, President

With more than 24 years in recruiting, sales and management, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Technical Needs team. He currently maintains and manages the daily operation of three offices and four divisions. His strength lies in his team building attitude, which has helped to bring Technical Needs to new heights.

Allison Sullivan, Sales Manager

David Gudek, IT Manager

Dave joined the Technical Needs team in 1999 on a part-time basis. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2004 with a BA degree in Management Information Systems, he became a full-time employee.

As IT manager, he is currently responsible for the company's overall network integrity. He evaluates new systems and technologies, handling all hardware and software decisions. He is also responsible for all desktop support and functions as the company's Help Desk, providing assistance to 40 employees across three divisions, three offices, and four on-site locations.

Dave has the experience, drive, and curiosity to excel with technology-and to implement it effectively for the company. As a result, he has been able to consistently deliver solutions for Technical Needs.

Pat Emery, Branch Manager

With more than 25 years in Human Capital Resourcing within the Metro West Region of New England, Pat brings to the Technical Needs team his knowledge and experiences to lead a team of professionals committed to make Technical Needs the premier provider of Technical Talent throughout New England. Prior to joining Technical Needs, Pat was a Regional Sales Manager for Monster.com and National Service Delivery Manager for TAC Worldwide Companies.
