As for candidates, we don’t just collect resumes and send them out. We get to know the people behind the resumes. We conduct interviews, either in person or by phone. We assess talent by evaluating resumes, determining skill sets and administering assessment tests. We call references, perform background checks and confirm employment eligibility through E-Verify.

And when it comes to the candidates themselves, we ask the right questions. We find out their strengths and weaknesses, but also their attitudes, motivations and goals. When we understand what makes them tick, we understand where they’ll work best.
