HOW TECH NEEDS MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Giving Back
Techneeds Corporate Giving
Staffing is an incredibly rewarding industry, allowing us to positively impact job seekers and businesses every day.
We live and work here in New England, and are passionate about giving back to our community. Guided by our company principles and values, we help enhance the quality of life in our local communities by volunteering for a number of non-profit organizations.
We take pride in giving back and supporting the following organizations:

If you have a worthy cause that we should know about, contact Techneeds today!
How our employees live out our values
We encourage our team to support causes that are personally meaningful to them by volunteering in ways that enhance and serve our local communities.
That’s why we include paid volunteer days as part of our employee benefits program. These activities enrich and inspire the lives of our employees while helping those in need. Through the years, our team has volunteered for organizations like the Boys & Girls Club, OI Golf Classic, Pan Mass Challenge and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Broken Bats for Broken Bones
In partnership with local minor league baseball teams, Techneeds leads an awareness campaign throughout the baseball season.

Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) is a genetic bone disorder characterized by fragile bones that break easily. It is also known as ‘brittle bone disease.’ The term literally means “bone that is imperfectly made from the beginning of life.” A person is born with this disorder and is affected throughout his or her lifetime.
Each time a New Hampshire Fisher Cat pitcher breaks an opposing player’s bat, Tech Needs will make a donation to the OI Foundation. These donations help the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation to fund cutting-edge research into treatments and a cure, provide information and resources at critical times in people’s lives, and raise awareness about living with this brittle bone disorder.
