Our client is a leader in products and climate control solutions used in industries such as pharmaceutical, battery production, preservation, and protection of electronic equipment, materials, documents, and art.  With a brand-new facility underway, they are growing rapidly.

As an Accounts Payable professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger activities, and accounts payable.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of accounts payable, general ledger, and bookkeeping. A self-motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team would be a great fit.

Responsibilities for this role include:
-Processing invoices and reconciling accounts
-Recording and tracking payments
-Resolving invoice discrepancies
-Maintaining accurate records
-Preparing financial reports
-Assisting with month-end close

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and keen attention to detail. You also should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software.

There is a flexible start and end time within core business hours. This position is in-office.

This company has an immediate full-time need for a Senior Software Engineer with CFD analysis experience.

The Senior Software Engineer will work on software development for the integration of Cadence FINE and other third-party CFD packages into their applications, including pre- and post-processing. Some programming knowledge is required. Experience with C++, Python required. Experience with Visualization Toolkit (VTK) is desirable.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or similar discipline
At least 5 years of experience in software development and CFD analysis

Job Description:

Our client is an electronics manufacturing services company focused on keeping the demand for electronics supply chain here in the U.S. They are looking for someone with experience operating machines, preferably in a printed circuit board manufacturing environment, but are willing to train someone with other machine operating experience.

You will be operating a wave solder machine according to process instructions. Depending on the customer’s order, you will set up and adjust the machine per work order. You also may perform daily preventative maintenance. After using the computer to select the right program, you will load printed circuit boards onto a conveyor and the machine will apply solder according to the program. You will inspect the board after the cooling stage of the machine.

Requirements:
Must be able to work from drawings or be willing to learn.
Strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Our client is a growing medical device company that manufactures life-saving surgical solutions. They have more than doubled in size each year for the past few years and recently moved into a beautiful new facility.

You will be responsible for material flows from stockroom inventory to production and the customer. Using the ERP software system, you will track and record material movements throughout the facility. Working with production and purchasing, you will ensure material inventory levels of parts onsite are accurate by performing inventory cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining high inventory accuracy. You will work closely with production teams, vendors, customers, and warehousing to ensure the movement of material is tracked, available, and meeting production deadlines.

Our client is looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You must be able to multi-task and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You must have solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite as well as knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.

Previous shipping experience (trucking and freight) is highly desirable.
Previous manufacturing/warehousing experience is a plus.
